5月28日，公司董事长、总经理王家安陪同江苏省建材行业协会会长聂长兰一行在沭阳沂淮集团生产现场参观，对我公司生产的预粉磨与球磨机组成的粉磨系统生产情况进行实地考察。江苏省首批认定的年产120万吨水泥节能粉磨示范生产线——沭阳沂淮集团使用我公司生产的VPM2400预粉碎立磨、φ4.2×13m开流球磨机组成的联合半终粉磨系统，该粉磨系统产量高、磨耗小，水泥品质高，水泥细度和比表控制方便，在行业内被广泛认可和推荐使用。生产P.O42.5时：台时产量260T/H，系统单位电耗24.5Kwh/吨水泥;生产P.C32.5时：台时产量280T/H，系统单位电耗22.8Kwh/吨水泥，节电30%以上。
President, general manager of our company Wang Jia’an accompanied direction of Jiangsu Provincial Building Material Industry Nie Changlan to visit the production site of Shuyang Qihuai Group, they field visit the grinding system composed of pre-grinding system and ball mill. 1,200,000ton per year energy saving cement grinding station approved by Jiangsu Province - combined pregrinding system of VPM2400pregrinding vertical roller mill, 4.2×13m open circuit ball mill for Shuyang Qihuai Group has been widely approved by the industry and be recommended to use.  When to produce p.o42.5, the output is 260tph, power consumption of the system is 24.5KWH/ton cement, when to produce P.C32.5, the output is 280tph, power consumption of the system is 22.8KWH/ton cement, power consumption is reduced over 30%.
